This program is for the time poor girlies! Suitable for all levels and consists of 4 strength days, 1 active rest day and 2 rest days. It is the most efficient program to follow if you do not have hours to spend in the gym. It is simple yet effective. You also have full coach access via instagram from 7am-7pm daily
